SQiBLE has appointed Tony Hammond as Sales Executive amid a period of substantial growth and expansion in its business software services.
The addition of Hammond follows a series of new hires by the company, reflecting its commitment to strengthening delivery and project management capability. In the past year, SQiBLE has named Rachel Marianne Andrew as Implementation Consultant, Hayden Kerr and Kari Elise as Project Managers, and Cesar Porras as Project Manager of ERP Services.
Leadership appointment
Hammond brings significant sector experience to the Sales Executive role, having previously worked at technology and channel providers such as CGI and Cube Networks. His expertise includes assisting organisations with addressing complex operational issues, and his previous roles have focused on strategy, implementation, and identifying efficiencies through technology. Notably, Hammond played a key part in the development of a cloud-based delivery engine for a major software platform, automating and streamlining service implementation.
Kylie Harker, Chief Executive Officer of SQiBLE, expressed confidence in Hammond's appointment and the company's ongoing recruitment efforts.
"We are thrilled to welcome Tony to the team. His deep understanding of the challenges facing scaling businesses, combined with his extensive experience in the technology sector, makes him the ideal person to guide our clients. Tony's client-first philosophy is a perfect match for our culture, which has been strengthened by the incredible new talent we've brought on board this year."
Focus on relationships
In his new role, Hammond will be responsible for managing key accounts and building a robust pipeline of new business. He is known within the sector for his strategic approach to planning and his capacity to articulate broad organisational goals, which SQiBLE expects will add value to its client engagement process.
Hammond commented on what compelled him to join the company and his vision for supporting its clients.
"I was immediately drawn to SQiBLE's innovative use of AI through its BRAiN technology and the team's genuine commitment to doing the right thing by clients. Scaling a business without losing efficiency or visibility is the biggest challenge I see in the market today. SQiBLE's integrated approach directly tackles this issue, and I'm excited to start building solid relationships with our clients to help them achieve their goals."
He also outlined his own approach to client relationships.
"It's about the person behind the role, the title, the project. It's important to find out a person's 'why,' and help them get there."
Business model and service
SQiBLE provides business software services for scaling organisations, supporting clients in building unified technology ecosystems. The company offers expertise in implementing and supporting ERP systems as an Infor Partner and delivering CRM and business applications as a Zoho Partner. To address integration needs and enhance these platforms, SQiBLE also develops its own ERP and CRM enablers on its proprietary BRAiN platform.
This approach aims to provide clients with a consistent and integrated technology stack managed by a single team. Hammond is expected to play a key role both in growing new business and strengthening links with existing clients, as SQiBLE continues to invest in its service capability and personnel.
